•  The completed entry form

•  Prototype or product may be delivered, mailed or sent by courier to BOTEC.

•  Documentation confirming your claims in terms of intellectual property of your prototype or product.

•  Details regarding patents and/or registrations applied for or granted.

•  Names and contact details of three current users of your product (if applicable).

•  A short description of your product and its features (200 words), that BOTEC could use for general distribution to the media.

•  A detailed description of your product referring to relevant points listed in the questionnaire on the back page. You may include photographs, video cassette, and diagrams showing basic operating principles, statistics or any material that would assist the judges to make an informed decision.

•  All entries must be submitted in an A4 format not exceeding ten (10) typed pages, accompnied by a completed entry form.

•  Entries will be submitted on any date between 1st October 2009 and 15th January 2010.
