•  The Awards are NOT open to BOTEC employees, BOARD members and their close relatives.

•  The decision of the panel of judges shall be final.

•  Entrants should arrange for the collection of their products within a month after the Award ceremony.

•  BOTEC shall ensure safe keeping of entries but will however not be held liable for loss or damage of entries.

•  BOTEC shall not be liable for any action casual or in any way prejudicial to intellectual property protection.
